Planning, quantification and evaluation of triathletes

This course taught by teachers Carles Tur and Leandro Muñoz will give us tools to evaluate the athlete, which will allow to make precise planning, knowing which are the weak points or the aspects to improve in relation to the different triathlon modalities and objectives that are specific to each sport. It will also be presented on different models of periodization, and on the peculiarities of training planning in triathlon.
